Board Certified in Periodontics & Dental Implant Surgery
A native of Fort Lauderdale, Dr. Camacho graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School and the University of Miami. After college, Dr. Camacho attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston where his clinical research earned him the Quintessence Award for Clinical Achievement in Periodontics. During dental school, he served as President of the Hispanic Dental Association and also volunteered in local and international dental missions.
After dental school, he chose to specialize in Periodontics and Implantology. Dr. Camacho joined the prestigious Department of Periodontics at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA for residency where he won first place in the Billy Pennel Memorial Research Award from the Southern Academy of Periodontology. He also served as Chief Resident and earned a Master’s of Science Degree in Dentistry and certificates in periodontics and intravenous conscious sedation. Dr. Camacho is a Diplomate (board certified) in Periodontics and Dental Implant Surgery.
As a leading voice in digital dentistry, Dr. Camacho lectures on his unique digital workflow for more effective team treatment planning, better restorative outcomes, and a more seamless experience for referrals. His innovative approach to technology integration creates the opportunity to reduce the number of appointments needed and deliver lasting results.
Dr. Camacho remains involved in dental research today as he partners with professors and researchers at Nova Southeastern University to engage the latest dental discoveries. Currently, he is involved in a research project designed to help diagnose and treat oral diseases earlier. His office also serves as a partnership site for students at Nova Southeastern University in the Health Sciences Masters Program who want to learn about periodontics.
In addition to his advanced dental certifications, Dr. Camacho is also certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Broward County Dental Association, Fort Lauderdale Dental Study Club, and Southern Academy of Periodontology.

Dr. Camacho loves spending time with his wife and family, traveling, escaping to the mountains, hiking, Miami Heat basketball, cycling, boating, and fishing.
Periodontics and Implantology
Dr. Rosenbaum earned his doctorate in dental surgery from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, where he also received a master’s degree in Periodontology. Following graduation, he taught at UNC for one year before moving to Florida. Dr. Rosenbaum has also received a certificate in Implantology from Harvard University after the completion of an eighteen-month program.
Dr. Rosenbaum has been practicing periodontology on Commercial Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale for over 50 years, serving generations of families.
Dr. Rosenbaum is active in the Florida Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He is also a past president of the Broward County Dental Society.
Patients enjoy Dr. Rosenbaum’s jokes! He loves to have a good laugh with patients as a way to help them feel at ease during treatment.
Dr. Rosenbaum remains active outside the office as well. He enjoys spending time with his wife traveling, in-line skating, kayaking, biking, jogging, tennis and golf.
Endodontics (Root Canal Specialist)
Dr. Heinsen earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry. She went on to complete a degree in Endodontics with a Master of Science in Dentistry from the Endodontic program of Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry.
Dr. Heinsen served as an adjunct professor for ten years at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. She has also been very involved in non-profit organizations such as the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Boys and Girls Club of Broward County and as a past president of the Junior Welfare Society.
Dr. Gretchen Heinsen has been active in numerous academic and professional organizations, including the Boston University Endodontic Alumni, the American Dental Association of Endodontics, Broward County Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, and various local study clubs.
Patients enjoy Dr. Heisen’s caring personality, warmness, professionalism, attention to detail, and how she listens to their needs. She is especially loved by the children she has the privilege to serve. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
She loves spending time with family, traveling, and helping organizations that serve young people throughout the Fort Lauderdale area.
Endodontics (Root Canal Specialist)
Dr. Saltzman was raised in Colorado and attended Colorado College where she graduated with a degree in Neuroscience. She continued her education at her father’s alma mater, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine.
After completing a one-year advanced education in general dentistry degree at Lutheran Medical Center in New York, it was clear to Dr. Saltzman that Endodontics was her passion. She pursued specialized Endodontic training at Lutheran Medical Center; a NYU affiliate. During her time at Lutheran Medical Center, Dr. Saltzman was the chief endodontic resident and graduated with her specialty certificate in Endodontics.
Dr. Saltzman spent several years serving patients at New York City Endodontics in Manhattan. While there, she also invested time in as a volunteer at Lutheran Medical Center preparing residents for the oral board exams. With her colleagues at New York City Endodontics, she published the article “Template-Guided Endodontics Access” in JADA November 2020.
Dr. Saltzman is on a mission to prioritize comfort and remove fear with root canal therapy. By carefully crafting a comfort-driven root canal approach and helping patients thoroughly understand the process, she believes she can change the entire experience for patients.
As an avid surfer, she has surfed all over the world including the Azores, the Maldives, and even Japan. She and her husband Jason have two dogs (Malcolm and Violet), and all are eager to enjoy the year-round activities Florida has to offer.
Board Certified in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry
Dr. Marantz is a native of New Jersey where he attended Rutgers University School of Business and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business Management. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine in New York.
Following dental school, Dr. Marantz chose to specialize in periodontics and implant dentistry and accepted a three-year residency at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). There, he learned the latest techniques, studied under some of the greatest minds in the field, earned his certificate in Periodontics, and completed a master’s degree in Dentistry. He is board certified in Periodontics.
After his residency, Dr. Marantz remained in Virginia treating patients and serving as a Clinical Associate Professor at VCU where he taught both graduate periodontal residents and dental students. His treatment philosophy flows from a desire to treat every patient like family, ensuring they experience authentic compassion and empathy.
With a passion for helping others, Dr. Marantz can always be found giving back. He helps with Meals on Wheels, served as an emergency medical technician for over 7 years, and participates in dental mission trips to underserved communities in Virginia and internationally in Chile.
He loves spending time with his wife, Ashley, their children, Charlotte and Conner. He also enjoys real estate, business, cooking, perfecting the art of smoking BBQ, and experiencing the wonderful life that Florida provides year-round.
